End point Chromogenic endotoxin test LAL kit without diazo reagent is designed for the quantitative limulus endotoxin assay without expensive endotoxin assay instruments. Using standard microplate reader with 405nm filter, one could quantitative endotoxin level in a 0.1-1ml range in 16 minutes. The endpoint chromogenic assay kit contains LAL reagent for endotoxin analysis, chromogenic substrate, Control Standard Endotoxin, stop reagent and LAL reagent water. This endotoxin detection method is strong resistant to interference, suitable for all kinds of biomedical samples, such as protein, vaccine, plasmid, DNA, RNA endotoxin assay.
