1. Product information

Kinetic chromogenic LAL endotoxin assay kit is the LAL testing for endotoxins (pyrogen) by limulus lysates kinetic chromogenic method. 1.The kit includes kinetic chromogenic LAL reagent, constitution buffer, Control Standard Endotoxin, LAL Reagent Water, endotoxin free tips endotoxin free glass test tubes for control standard endotoxin dilution, and microplates. LAL reagent is co-lyophilized with chromogenic substrate in a vial. 2.This is the most sensitive LAL lysate and the lysate is strong resistance to interference because the reaction is not depended on the activity of clotting protein to form the gel clot. 3. The assay kit is widely used in biological samples, such as a vaccine, antibody, protein, nucleic acid, clinical samples analysis of bacterial endotoxin. 4.The detection range of the kit is 0.005EU/ml to 50EU/ml. The assay requires a kinetic incubating microplate reader such as ELx808IULALXH.
